8 Hour Pre-Assignment Training Course 

The first course required to get your New York State Security Guard License is the 8-hour Pre-assignment Training Course. This is a general introductory course. You are issued a certificate upon successful completion. This certificate must accompany your security guard license application when submitted to the Department of State. 

Certificate is given the day of the class.

A minimum of a $20 deposit is required to confirm your seat in the class.   Please continue with the registration process here or call our office to complete your registration.

Balances are payable in cash, or due to increased expenses, if paid with a credit card will incur a 3% fee. 

We offer a $5 discount for Seniors 65+ (use code 65+) when registering.  

Members of the Military receive a $10 discount  (use code Military10). 

 Pre-registration and deposit/payment is required in order to receive a discount.  

Discounts must be taken prior to full payment being made.  There will be no refunds.

Proper ID must be presented at time of class in order to receive discount, no exceptions.
